We get a lot of feedback from our users about how much they like the Training Today app and how the RTT score works for them.
We are currently working with Kate from our excellent PR company (https://competepr.com) and looking for case studies of athletes who have suddenly started to prioritise their recovery over training load, using their HRV/RTT score to better control their activity/health/nutrition choices.
